In December 2020 my 90 year old father passed away in his hospital bed at rio las palmas in stockton California, when he passed I had no clue what to do. Zapata was highly recommended to me by the director there. I called and they were very kind but extremely fast . They arrived at the facility in a very nice looking van . The way the transferred my father from his bed to the van was very special. I appreciate everything they did with his transfer. The way I was treated was kind and with patience while make final arrangements. It was during covid. We couldn’t really do much for my dad. But I will definitely return when the time comes for my mom. I’d love to have a bigger service for the two of them together.

I wanted to express the love and support that I received from Zapata Funeral Home! After losing my mother suddenly due to Covid it was and still is a huge hurt and during this difficult time Karina, Rafael and staff were there to hear me out, give me support at anytime I needed it and made us all feel like family. I am so thankful and appreciative of Zapata funeral home and their staff members. They treated us like family and explained everything in our language (primarily Spanish). It was not an easy time but i will forever be thankful to Karina. She and other staff members made the whole process so easy and it was so beautiful. Best pricing in town.
