Timothy Godoy, 68, of Stockton, passed away unexpectedly on May 11, 2026.
Timothy was born on September 2, 1957 to Daniel Godoy Sr and Helen Sinogui in French camp, CA. Timothy proudly served two years in the United States Marine Corps. He worked for Stockton unified school district as a school bus driver/dispatcher where he retired after 34 years. Timothy also had a Class A license and was also a truck driver between school years. A hard working man and provider.
In 1998, Timothy met Lori Brock where they both shared the same passion and enjoyed the work they did for SUSD. Timothy and Lori got married March 17, 2001 blending their families together with a total of 6 children, Timothy Godoy, Jeffrey Godoy, Monique Asia, Erica Silva, Renee Buzo and Paul Buzo Jr.
Timothy loved his wife tremendously who was his soulmate and best friend, he was a proud dad of all his children and loved all his grandchildren even more! He was very passionate about his pets, Dr.Doolittle is what his family would call him. He had such a goofy personality, his smile was bright when he had his teeth in, his laugh was contagious he was a happy soul making the most out of any situation with joke or funny story. He loved to make others laugh, he was a comedian to all. Timothy had various hobby’s that included spending time with his family, walking his dog, cooking Sunday breakfast, football Sundays cheering on the Miami Dolphins, watching NASCAR, baseball and documentaries.
He is survived by his siblings Anthony Godoy Sr, Daniel Godoy Jr, John Gonzales, David Godoy, Becky Godoy, his wife Lori Godoy, his children Timothy Godoy, Jeffrey Godoy (April Godoy), Monique Asia (Marc Asia), Erica Silva (Aaron Silva), Renee Buzo (David Pena) and Paul Buzo Jr. (Denyce Buzo) and 12 grandchildren who he adored and loved with all his heart.
