Jose Luis Ortiz

Jose Luis Ortiz “Titi”, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend; born October 13th, 1966, was tragically taken from us on March 12th, 2025.

Jose loved the 49ers, making people laugh, and loved his family. Although he struggled in life, he was generous and kind.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Natividad Hernandez Ortiz, father Agustin G Ortiz, and brother Benito “Benny” Ortiz. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
