Joel Lawrence Obituary
Joel Edmond Lawrence, 72, died at home in Lockeford CA on March 11, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sally and CJ Lawrence. He is survived by 6 siblings: Susan (Dick) Carter, Dan Lawrence, Raymond (Candence) Lawrence, Paul (Dawn) Lawrence, Dale (Marilyn) Lawrence and Marie (Ron) Regan. He is also survived by 2 sons, Jeremiah (Mary) Lawrence and Justin (Nichole) Lawrence. In addition, he leaves behind many nieces and nephews and six grandchildren: Owen, Casie, Jessie, Anastasia, Matthew and Abigail.
Joel was born in Bountiful Utah. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War as a medic. He spent many years as a bartender, then apartment management and later in life had a business restoring bathtubs. He lived for 10 years in Virginia near Jeremiah and his family but most of his adult life he lived in California. He is remembered by family as always knowing how to have a good time and making them laugh. He will be missed.
