Geraldine Shaw

Geri was born December 15, 1940, in Dougherty County, Georgia to the late James William Fowler and Mabel Stephens Fowler. Geri was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Shaw, siblings Ruby Fowler Young, Arthur Fowler and son-in-law Bruce Finister Sr. She is survived by her children – daughters: Veronica Shaw Deloach (Ronald) and Ronda Shaw Finister (Bruce) and son: Vernon Shaw; grandchildren - Ashley Shaw, Briana Finister Bruton (Larel), Brijet Finister, Bruce Finister II, Brooke Finister; great-grandchildren - Brandon, Jericho, Brielle, Levi, Liana; close friends: Carolyn Gaines Ellzey, Rosemary Whitcomb
She loved to dance, knit and crochet, spend time with her family, shop, travel, and garden in her backyard. She also loved roses, macrame, fine dining and dressing up.
She was kind, loving, an amazing mother, fearless, strong, committed, loyal. She believed in honesty and was a woman of integrity.
She will forever be in our hearts.
