GEORGE DWIGHT THURMAN

George Dwight Thurman was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. His parents were Althea Gold Thurman and Fred Thurman. George leaves behind 5 children, 7 grandchildren, 10+ cousins, 1 Godson, and a host of extended family and friends. George loved basketball and football. He loved people and he was a very giving person.  He was someone who was peaceful and kind-hearted. George loved different genres of music from gospel, R&B, rap, and jazz. He enjoyed reading, taking walks, and riding his bicycle. George will be remembered as a genuine, peaceful, and loving soul who loved going to church and gave his life to Jesus Christ. He will be forever missed.
