Frank Patlan

Frank “Francisco” Patlan came into this world on June 12, 1942 in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico and passed peacefully in his sleep on February 2, 2025 in Manteca, CA at the age of 82.

He came to this country at a very young age. With the help of his brother, he became a savvy businessman and entrepreneur. He ran his own businesses for the majority of his life and was an incredibly hard worker until he retired several years ago.

He will be remembered for his love of Pedro Infante, his sense of humor, and his unwavering loyalty to the people he loved. He sang at every opportunity he had with his beautiful voice and made friends everywhere he went. He was someone you could count on and truly one of a kind.

He will be missed most by his children Lillian, Priscilla, Floyd and Frank and by his grandchildren, Priscilla, Sophia and Vincent. Frank passed being cared for by the love of his life, Elba, by his side.
